The Garnacho that can operate that wing is already on the pitch and Sancho is no more.
So Rashford is guaranteed full time play on that wing except ETH is ready to bring in Antony for Amad.
Then Garnacho will be subbed in for Rashford.

I just wonder what respect ETH has for Rashford that makes him not plan to even have a substitute for him during matches.

We conceeded 3 goals without scoring one.
