@currys where's the manager call back I was promised this morning? 3 hours back and forth between you and Sharp yesterday pointing the finger at each other about who would fix my microwave under guarantee and none of your staff/systems know what to do or who to send me to!
@British_Airways why are your customer service team refusing to refund me for a seat reservation that your staff moved me out of when it's literally your policy on your website? Bunch of liars I'm dealing with! I paid for a service not delivered!

@British_Airways Sure, DM incoming but I felt I needed to make this somewhat public as it seems in private I'm being cheated/not being kept honest with. If I need to I'll go CEDR route and clearly win, but I would be even angrier if you force me to spend extra time fighting you that way!
@British_Airways This is the seat I was supposed to have - broken to the level of unusable due to a safety issue as advised by the crew (but one I discovered - not caught in your own safety checks!!!)
@RoyalMail Zero sense of common sense or customer service to be able to internally communicate within your own organisation. How you can't simply send a teams message / pass it on to the other team and put it back on the customer (who is pointing out they can't get a reply) is just useless!
@RoyalMail Incredible. When those teams take weeks to respond (or not at all) and don't answer the phone (or don't have a number!), I come on here and you respond but say you can't do anything! I get you can't handle the case, but flag it internally to the other team!!!
@RoyalMail The complaint team finally came back to me yesterday though. But this default message, not listening to/reading my ask properly, and being ignored for far too long by 3 different teams is all going into the complaint too
@RoyalMail when they say the problem is fixed when it isn't then they close the case! If you read what I said, the case number was actually a Complaint reference that I was asking you to chase as that other team was then taking weeks to come back to me with no method of being able to chase
@RoyalMail I'm sick of getting this default response from your social media team. I have mentioned many times how the phone line is inaccessible with long waits during my working hours and how I've raised to them multiple online forms but they just ignore my replies...
@RoyalMail Thanks Maya, but I have already had 2 redirection query cases closed on me despite me still trying to contact multiple times saying the problem is not resolved in months. I then raised a complaint on 4th November, reference 08080790 but still have no contact on that either
@RoyalMailHelp tried stamp swap but you denied the majority of them due to being fraudulent per your letter. "To ensure they're real buy them from a post office" it said - that's where I got them from! Challenged it online, said you'd be back in 3 days. That was 19th January!!!
I appreciate what is trying to be done with the AirCover you offer, but the £22 extra doesn't count for much when everyone else has also jacked their prices up in Lille and the closest option is now 30 day minimum stay or 20 miles away
@AirbnbHelp what's your policy if a host has cancelled your booking a week before you're there, lying in writing its because they aren't renting it out any more, but then you go see they've relisted it at multiples of the original price to profiteer during the rugby world cup?
@Beer52HQ Thanks for the reply but surely it shouldn't just be a one by one approach, you shouldn't be automatically changing all your customers' subscription sizes without prior authorisation/opt out approach?
@Beer52HQ re: your recent email. Prices changing, understood. Free beer this pack, thank you. But it sounds like you are then automatically putting us up to a higher pack at extra cost unless we opt out? If so, where in your T+Cs/agreement does it say you can do that?
