@TrumanHoward352@HornetsLead Yep, we'll be watching Melo lead the Wolves through the playoffs and a chance at a chip while the Hornet are struggling in April to get that 20th win.
@blackelguapo@HornetsReddit Nobody thought OKC trading Russ and OG was crazy. OKC actually got a great package for PG, even if you take SGA out. Hornets did no such thing. They got fleeced all off-season.
You replaced Melo and Miles with Coby and Naz... Where did the rebounding get better at? Naz is a terrible rebounder for his size. Coby is a worse rebounder than Melo by far. Oh, you're banking Hannes? He's not even in the rotation. You added a ton of redundancy. Allen equals Caugnston and Royce equals grant Williams. So please tell me exactly where y'all got better.
@roddystr It has nothing to do with being miserable. We keep up because we all kike to laugh. Charlotte is constantly giving people shit to laugh about.
Front Office is amateur hour at the Apollo.
If this is iconic, I don't know what say about this franchise anymore. I already think it's the worse franchise in the world, and this just proves my point and then some. As a fan, you should be embarrassed, not hyping this shit up.
If every other fan base is laughing at your front office, that should tell you something.
I guarantee other front offices are laughing at them also.
Very weird. No other franchise has ever did not shit like this. Just like the video framing the Melo trade. This front office is very amateurish and it's shows through and through. It's actually comical that they even think this should be celebrated at this level. Shows how terrible an organization this is.
If I was the player who hit that shit and they did this for me, I would laugh and hand that shit back. Like I don't want this shit.
Not so sure he'd be the 4th option, but even if he is, he could still realistically put 17-6-3. Last year in Charlotte, Miles was the 4th option and he put up those exact numbers. If Kuminga does that, while playing his role and fitting in on a championship caliber team, he could easily command 3 yrs, $75m next offseason. His talent is not the question, it's his ability to fit in and play team ball. If he shows that, his value returns.
I don't think he signs for the min either. However, the wolves still have there mid level exception. So if they're actually able to offer him $15m. All they would have to do is move green to a team like Detroit, who needs wing depth and has a trade exception, for a 2nd round pick, freeing up $14.5m, allowing them to offer Kuminga $15m, and still sign a vet min contract to get to 14 roster spots filled.
Only problem with this is Kon Kneuppel success was driven by the point guard they traded. Dude is a complimentary player who thrives playing beside Melo. You about to see a huge sophomore slump from Kon with nobody to set up his shots. 93 percent of his 3s were catch and shoot, or catch, pump once, dribble once, shoot. 93%!!! Do you know his efficiency on the other 7%???
Hell, his 3 point percentage dropped 10% when he played without Melo on the court.
@paudiang@KeithSmithNBA All I can do is ππππ at your comment.
Awesome offseason is the most comical thing you could have said. They set this franchise back a decade.
@JaysBestindaNBA@MeloStann As a wolves fan, there are levels to poverty.
One team was down, but are at least attempting to do right and get themselves together.
The other is happy sitting on the corner with a cardboard sign waiting for a handout.
They are not the same.
@ItsActuallyAse@MeloStann This is true. However, one is still on a level much higher than the other. And one at least attempts to win while the other is just happy to exist in poverty.
@yoyo123oxej@MeloStann Did you say Coby plays more defense? You do know Coby has been statistically and analytically one of the worse defenders in the NBA since he got there right? Stop regurgitating FO talking points. Some of us aren't dumb and know the truth.
