Bored on Sunday so I'm open-sourcing a desktop app I made for myself a few weeks ago. It's called "MoneyPrinter.exe"

For crypto traders, watching YouTube, scrolling X, or playing video games means you'll probably miss out on a runner - unless something sticks an alert in your face.

This desktop app scans the top trending coins and tells you when a new one has motion by printing messages on top of your screen.

How it works:

- It uses public, free Dexscreener api and a fallback to GeckoTerminal when its down for price updates
- It uses DeepSeek API (optional) to check the top coin's websites/X (if they have any) and tells you the narrative quick plus the top daily narrative
- It shows you the top 200 trending coins of the last few hours

Settings it has:

- Set filters for any market cap you want. Some of you trade lowcaps 20-50K, some want higher caps 250k-500K, etc. You can set these alert settings yourself. Also tweak liquidity, etc.
- If the alerts are overwhelming, you can turn off the alerts by pressing "Space" or "F1" to totally turn them off
- DeepSeek integration is optional so it runs 100% free without it, you just don't get the AI-written narrative reports that save time
- It stores/wipes the database locally every hour so it always showing fresh coins

What it does not do:

- It does not trade for you (could make it a feature if people actually use this in the future). You still have to manually open the Dexscreener charts and buy as you usually do.

How to install:

Win 10/11: Run that setup, done.
Mac/Linux: Download the source code zip file and point Claude it and say "Build me a binary for this operating system". It's a simple Electron app so it should port over easily to different OS's.

Other notes:

- There is no coin for MoneyPrinter.exe. I know someone will try to launch a coin so keep that in mind.
- If you want to bid anything to support this - bid $SPAWN because we just keep spawning useful stuff.
