Update on @SpiderManMovie: Brand New Day presales... I'll be shocked if this has anything other than a "2" at the start of its opening weekend number. The only question now is what the second number is after it. @MarvelStudios@SonyPictures have an absolute smash on their hands.
SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY pre-sales revenue has already surpassed the first 24 hours of sales of every studio film released in the US since ‘No Way Home’.
Nationwide, including non-studio films since NWH, only Taylor Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’ first-day sales ($37M) has yet to be surpassed.
Spidey still has 16 hours left to do it. But for that, @AMCTheatres, @Cinemark and @RegalMovies urgently need to add more primetime shows for previews and Friday.
As crazy as it may sound, Brand New Day is already facing capacity issues in America after just 8 hours of sales.
Full day report tomorrow.
Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie were mentioned during the opening of the Las Culturistas Awards!
“Good evening, everyone. Yes, believe your eyes, it’s us, Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie… once the substance wears off!”

This is why representation matters. Some people don't realize just how important it is until they finally see a character they resonate and relate with. Which is why we need more diversity in media.
Zachary Suico, a fencer who competes for Penn State Fencing, spoke to @outsports about how Heated Rivalry and Hudson Williams' portrayal of Shane Hollander impacted him as a gay Asian athlete:
“I read the book, and I watched the show, and honestly, I very much understand the idea that representation does matter. But when Heated Rivalry came out, I think on a personal level, it hit very differently [...] The main character is like a gay Asian male who is competing amongst a lot of amazing people,” Suico continued. “A lot about the show really resonated with me, and I felt very represented at that moment.”
“Hudson Williams’ portrayal of the character made me feel very supported in my life, and more confident in myself and what I wanted to do.”
