@richardbranson Glad you are enjoying travelling while
Your brand and customer service are SHOCKING. 10 months and emails and phone calls to get this?!?!

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

Here we go again. 10 months! 10 months! Hours on the phone and 17 emails to get this!!!! @richardbranson @VirginAtlantic

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

Even worse service from @VirginAtlantic today, frankly @richardbranson I wld be embarrassed. Cried all the way home from USA having booked with u to avoid feeling like that. Joke. Written 3 times to complain and phoned and NO ONE can be bothered to reply or deal with the issues.

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

@VirginAtlantic this is getting utterly ridiculous. Your customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. Bad flights, bad service and NO response to a complaint.

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

I can't believe that I still haven't had a reply to my complaint to @VirginAtlantic ! I have, however, received a survey to ask about how they dealt with my complaint - which they haven't!

Do get in touch chaps, the expensive flights were a shit show.

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

@VirginAtlantic sadly just had the most appalling experience. Booked with you as a brand I trust. Cried the whole way home from USA after a series of ‘computer says no’ conversations. Paid premium economy to support family in extreme trauma. Squeezed into economy. Awful.

The healing herd having some down time on the track. They have coached an international team on clear communication and person centred goal setting this week. Looking forward to train the trainer programmes next month.

@clarebalding where can we watch equestrian?? Have followed all day on the variety of BBC options. No dressage. Boooooo. Great seeing u back in front of the camera though. Still, can’t believe archery makes it onto the red button and dressage doesn’t.

[Horserenity CIC - equine facilitated learning @Horserenity]

@RGCWbaritone Always welcome here!!

@PTGMobiles bad salesmanship. Bad service. Bad customer care. Misselling and misinformation. Terrible. Will be spreading the word.
