They put "temporary" boxes on Manitoba St in Guelph during construction. I'm wondering if we will get door to door service back or if we're stuck with the boxes.

@bamcat @cityofguelph @CamGuthrie There is no perfect solution. Many other cities are dealing with the same thing as Guelph. Really if your doing loose leaf you need to wait till the city tells you to put them out. If we broke the city into areas and told each area the week crews will be by they put on curb.
