I really didn’t think I could do it, so I’m genuinely proud (and amazed) I made it.

Still 3 months training before the main event, but this was a big day.

Big step forward today for our Channel Swim relay this Summer.

In order to take part you have to do a certified outdoor swim for TWO HOURS non-stop in REALLY cold water 🥶

So this morning at 7am Rosie and I set off to swim in 14.7 degrees!

Our prize winning charity-branded bus made its maiden voyage today to visit us outside the Oxford Children’s Hospital at the John Radcliffe.

A band of ukulele players from Wallingford held their first ever concert at the weekend and raised over £250 for Oxford Hospitals Charity in the process 😊

Their donation is supporting our Music on Wards @ouh to raise a smile with older patients.
