Big step forward today for our Channel Swim relay this Summer.
In order to take part you have to do a certified outdoor swim for TWO HOURS non-stop in REALLY cold water π₯Ά
So this morning at 7am Rosie and I set off to swim in 14.7 degrees!

Our prize winning charity-branded bus made its maiden voyage today to visit us outside the Oxford Childrenβs Hospital at the John Radcliffe.

A band of ukulele players from Wallingford held their first ever concert at the weekend and raised over Β£250 for Oxford Hospitals Charity in the process π
Their donation is supporting our Music on Wards @ouh to raise a smile with older patients.
