Our colleagues of the Acute Medical Unit at @NorthBristolNHS are hosting a fundraising campaign during April, world’s autism awareness month, for the local organisation Bristol Autism Support. Please share and visit https://t.co/C40YwcE9SG if you can contribute!
We are proud of saying we have been shortlisted for the Excellence in Service award of this year, a huge recognition for all our team. We have also been nominated for the category Team of the year. Thank you all for supporting the team and it’s members and for your appreciation.
Yesterday day was an historic day for our team. Since our foundation as Hospital@night and transformation to Acute Response Team, it was the first shift fully covered by professionals who are not nurses as background. We are proud of working in a full multidisciplinary team!
@howardbakescake@Jamie_BrysonRN @NathanBailey86 @ACT_UHP@AcuteResponse Hi. Sorry for the delay! We have posters but we are currently working on new ones that we hope will be more clear and precise. We also have separate posters regarding Martha’s rule, which is also one of our roles. I will share it when we have the new version approved!
Our team is participating in some of the trainings related to Martha’s rule in and outside the trust. We are who receive the calls and triage them. But, do you know what does the Martha’s rule stand for? Do you know what is the escalation process?#ARTteam#TheARTofcare
We had another amazing round of sessions today, getting more experience and learning some updates about the management of patients with problems such as falls, chest drains, or ETOH. Thank you to all the professionals of the MDT who are sharing some of their time with us!
Everyone knows Suzanne by her willingness to help and work ethic.Everyone knows she’s an amazing part of our team and the https://t.co/KW6iyyjDQs,she’s retiring! She surely deserve it.She will keep working with us, don’t panic! But please join the team in wishing her all the best!
Today we're officially marking #Brunel10! 🎉
We'll be celebrating the milestone with activities in the Brunel atrium throughout the day.
A hospital is only as good as the people working within it and we're #NBTproud of the amazing job our staff and volunteers do every day. 💙
Our team afternoon out has started! Yeah, don’t worry, we haven’t gone to the gym 🤣 we will see you later… if we manage to leave the scape room!! #HospitalAtNight#ScapeRoom
It’s not only how much you care, it’s as well how long you have being caring for. Congratulations to our colleague Rose for getting the amazing milestone of 40 years of NHS service. And still smiling!! #HospitalAtNight#Congratulations
Please join us on congratulating our colleague Simon, who has been recognised as one of the NBT Heroes in the edition of December (although we always knew he was a hero!!)
Congratulations!!

It’s a pleasure to see and talk with so many of our colleagues and teams at the NBT Annual Staff Awards. It’s a privilege for us to have been shortlisted and being here tonight.
