@BaronessBruck@PersonalOp25 you've said it numerous times but it bears repeating, watching other heirs across Europe grow into their roles and then contrasting it with William is stark. Unbelievably stark.
Apparently coddling a man-child is not a good idea.
@RafHM@BaronessBruck the last 24 hours, more than ever, has firmly established that these self appointed royal experts (Myers, Eden and the lot) haven't the slightest idea what they're talking about
@BaronessBruck We are now on the slippery slope, and I say that as someone who finds Andrew's dalliances with Epstein ghastly.
But, yes, here we are, officially on the slippery slope. Whatever happens going forward, especially with the republican agita, will be linked directly to this day.
@thetimes@RoyaNikkhah putting it in writing, and out there for posterity, that a 43 yr old father of three seemingly can't function without his younger brother is definitely a choice.
@BaronessBruck again with the senseless gurning!!!
Republicans just got a new poster๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ
@BaronessBruck there's no such thing as "minimizing extravagance"; they still own all their other houses, they still have Duchy funds and they still holiday constantly, all the while eschewing work and reducing their roles to just tweets!
A supposed move to a "modest" house doesn't change that
I think this point is completely lost on all of Cambridge supporters, William & Kate's laziness goes back years. It used to be called out almost on a monthly basis by various UK publications.
They always, always had something preventing them from actual royal duties.
@ZandiSussex@Carrieh77665603 William has been morse-signaling for a decade that he wonโt take on the work that comes with the roleโฆ why should wr believe he will take on the role in the first placeโ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Forest Lodge as his โforever homeโ seems to me a PERFECT setting for a demoted family of minor royals ๐
@BaronessBruck a penchant for the finer things and an aversion to work, coupled by endless fluffing from the press...yes, this is totally not going to end badly at all ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ
EXCLUSIVE - William and Harryโs closest friend, the Duke of Westminster, is considering whether to make both estranged brothers godparents to his daughter, Cosima. William is set to be godfather. But amid ongoing royal tensions, will Harry? @thetimes๐๐ผ

@BaronessBruck I'm a broken record on this at this point but William & Catherine have gotten incredibly comfortable in their laziness if not outright mediocrity, Fleet St. going along with it is infuriating but not surprising.
I am, however, not sure how long that dam holds though.
@BaronessBruck I've said it before, William keeps testing the limits, discovers (with the help of the fleet st. fluffers) that he can do, and so, moves his goalposts again.
You can apply this to literally everything he's done. The man doesn't care
Let us know when #WorkShy Willy is ready to ABDICATE once and for allโผ๏ธ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ผ
After all, staying at home with his kids and taking holiday after holiday are his TOP #Priorities in life โ๏ธ๐
@BaronessBruck coming back to this site (grad school is kicking my ass) and finding out that William is still an overindulged man-baby is per the course. ๐คฆ๐ฟโโ๏ธ
Again, does no one at KP realize that this puff pieces are them literally wishing ill health to The King?
Crass & ghoulish
@BaronessBruck The modernising royals will be out in force once Invictus gets going though, then off for some unseen school runs which will tire them just enough for a deserved Easter break.
The press will praise this as those two are working parents and they should value their me-time ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
