@HexIssy@harrrenhals You're so valid btw I should have QRTd the original post but it pisses me off so bad when people get on here like why would you ship that disgusting AGE GAP SHIP like do you not see anything else?!! Go back to your vanilla wholesome chungus shit and leave us alone
one of the biggest disappointments in MCU spider-man is that everyone is a stemlord for no reason. why is ned leeds one and why in the world is MJ one. its new york!!! where are the artists.
Am I the only one who felt nothing watching Frank care so much about Peter and even carry him into the hospital?
I feel like that moment wouldโve hit so much harder if we actually knew what happened between them in Staten Island. Without that context, their bond just feels underdeveloped, so the scene ends up feeling kind of flat instead of emotional.
I can see now peterned would be interesting with the angst of Ned not remembering Peter but I'm sorry accidentally almost killing somebody and feeling guilty for it forever is too powerful
Because Frank isnโt necessarily happier, heโs just different around Peter.
In his own series, Frank is constantly surrounded by his past, his family, and the violence that created the Punisher. Around Peter, he gets to be something he rarely gets to be: just Frank Castle.
Peter doesnโt worship him, fear him, or treat him like a monster. He argues with him, jokes with him, and genuinely sees him as a friend.
Maybe Peter didnโt make Frank happy. Maybe he just reminded Frank that there was still a person underneath the Punisher.
Alright, theyโre so sweet and adorable in the comics, like a couple bantering back and forth. ๐I canโt help wishing this would get made into a movie.๐ฅบ
