Lowkey sounds like he was a narcissist, especially how she talked about his “crazy mood swings”. His mask was probably coming off after all that love bombing and future faking — that’s the type of relationship that will have you good off dating for a LONG time. They drain you so much and it’s scary because they’re so good at pretending at first, that it makes you question everyone’s intentions afterwards. You have to really do the work to cleanse and heal yourself and learn how to trust your intuition, and that takes time.
