If BYU loses the Big 12 today, then the committee is going to have Notre Dame and Miami back to back on the cut line of the rankings tomorrow. The head to head looks large in that discussion and I could really see a world where the committee flips those teams

4. I’m expecting an absolute war in the Iron Bowl. DJ Durkin might be playing for the head coaching job and this will be Auburn’s Super Bowl as they have the opportunity to ruin Alabamas season. It’s gonna be a super hostile environment. This is a throw the records out kind of game. Can you imagine the narratives around Kalen DeBoer if the Tide fall and it’s back to back playoff misses?
