Step 4: Donation no 6 done. Arm’s sore, the needle coming out hurts almost as much as it going in, feeling slightly dizzy and my lips are numb. Standard post platelet donation experience.

been drinking this every day in this heat. soak tukh malanga (basil seeds) + gond katira (tragacanth gum) overnight. In the morning, add them to a glass of water with electrolytes. feels like someone switched the ac on inside me. highly recommend giving it a try.
