@StopBoxUSA My recent experience with Stopbox customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered two units during their Memorial Day special, with an advertised shipping time of 8-12 days. However
the cost of the units, but excluded sales tax and shipping, and then sent an email saying the items were being returned to sender. There was no explanation for the conflicting information on their website versus their actual operations.
I requested a refund for a birthday gift that wouldn't arrive on time, and was told it would be processed in 3-5 business days. Six days later, I still hadn't received it, and then I got a shipping notification! I had to email again, and they finally refunded the cost
However, after more than a week, I was informed that there was an 8-12 day lead time, and my order wouldn't ship until the 13th day. Despite my attempts to clarify the discrepancy, it seemed they either didn't understand or were deliberately unhelpful. I requested a refund

@TMobileHelp@TMobile this is unexceptable. There better be a good excuse to why people like me are waiting hours for customer support with no response while a paid service is down.
Hey @TMobileHelp โ Fiber is down for many users and thereโs zero communication. Support is closed, the T-Life app is useless for outages, and customers are forced to use DownDetector. Also had to call an engineer just to access basic WiFi settings. Do better!

I will never buy a Samsung product again! Ive been with them since the first note and have had issues with my bud pro 3's (just like everyone else) and they refuse to repair after dragging out the process till 8 days after warranty ends.
