@AviSanu05 @TheMuthootGroup I am also facing the same situation, my lock in period is over and i called the customer care to close the loan, they told me to write an email to their support team, its been 5 days but not a single response from their end

@JioCare Usually it takes less then 24hr to get a sim, its more then 4 says, everyday at morning i am getting a message from your team is today your sim will be delivered, but when i tried to call the delivery person, he totally denied the things..

Recently i tried to portable my sim to jio through my jio app by using self kyc method, reference no is NO000157KN95, its been more then 4 days i didn’t get my sim delivered. I even raised a service request (SR00002S2X4D)about this, still no update. @JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia i had applied for a new xstrream fiber connection and its been more then 6 days and there’s no update yet from your side. This is pathetic. Atleast connection nhy de sakte to nhy hoga bolke hi call kardo..
