@boghogooo@AveAutumn I usually always watch 1CC and got away from long plays a long time ago. Reminds me of people doing TAS runs back in early YT and acting like they were legit. Fun times.
@rsxshiv@aimjustalex@TheRocSupremacy "You playing a game you know you ain't gonna win, quit playing these childish games with grown men/ I don't give a fuck about cars and chrome rims/I got apartments you can put you home in
Can I live?"
@yumi8228 NES Ryu couldn't even climb walls until the second game. You had to jump from wall to wall or do the thing where you jump up it little by little.
I did this section yesterday. I'm glad it was short as it was but the section before it felt a lot worse to me. I also had the lightning charm and that helped too.
i like mina the hollower a lot but the fucking serial killer chase plus lighting PLUS wind shit is so obnoxious. not even fun just straight up annoying. the lightning rod area was such a slog to get through god damn
@XanozIchimonji I liked the DLC characters a lot but replaying it soured a decent portion of the levels for me. Especially the "hitless" challenges. Made me resent the game. I still like it but I understand the disappointment. And it's way too long. Some levels could have been cut.
@MikeHaggarSSBM I liked AoV. Far from the worst 2D game I've ever played. Was it flawed and misguided? In some ways, yes. I think the system it had was fine, enemies just needed to be harder to fight and platform challenges should have been a bit more challenging too. But it's still decent.
@Ex_Mosquito@FinalMasonry Interesting. You do it one punch at a time? When I try it with Cody, I try to do two punches in the string then turn. Your way looks a lot easier.
@OG_Tibbs @LocalBtnMasher Games like Final Fight and Metal Slug kill you fast enough to where you don't need them. I don't mind them in action games but I think they're better in stuff like racers where every turn and mistake matters a lot more.
