@AirbnbHelp Day 14 of getting zero help from @Airbnb or @AirbnbHelp ! I was scammed out of my money and now @Airbnb won’t uphold its own agreement! What a joke!
@Danial_Arif14 Yes of course! Here is the email from Airbnb saying they are going to cover SOME of the damages the guest caused and they never sent payment! They just ghosted me

@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb So first they try and low ball me and then just stop responding and won’t even give me that!! I have all the screenshots! The worst part is, I have contacted support and emailed the rep 20 times and they all just lie!!
@AirbnbHelp@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb Airbnb custom service is RIPPING ME OFF! I submitted a claim for damages cause by a guest for $1399 a month ago and of course they tried to rip me off and only offer HALF of my damages! After they agreed to pay me $829.72, the rep just stopped responding!!

@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb Support will just tell me that they are going to “escalate the issue” but then they close the conversation and never respond! How crazy! I am a superhost and have been with Airbnb for years and never had a problem and they treat me like this. Insane!
