Discord knows if you submit to age verification that you will be on your best behavior, because they will have a link to your identity, be it direct or indirect, and will be recording and reporting everything.

@ColRealPro @discord @svishnevskiy They added an automated profiler based on account signals, which is a better best-case for most people. But the important part is still the fallback—and that still requires submitting personal information (card, ID, etc.). Being profiled isn't ideal either.

Google, apple, and etc. You run your information through them. Only God knows what they are doing with that. It's still too dangerous and risky. Waiting for next data breach to happen

They have learned nothing from the IDScan breach.

"Deleting your ID afterwards" doesn't do anything.

Also, Apple/Google app store, Google Wallet, and AgeKey is literally digital ID. Those can be revoked in the future or turned into real name registration mandates.

also to add more to this. Age verification that discord is pushing. Or other the other "methods" Still has you giving out your ID, credit card or face to someone. To discord or not to discord. All discord done here was give you options on how who you give that information too
