Appalled at @British_Airways refusing to change a name after named passenger diagnosed with cancer! Booked with a group,trip included Hotel & tickets to see @taylorswift13 all other changed name with no problem. Unlike you, BA !!!

@British_Airways Hello Mark, Thank you for reply. I have been informed by @AerLingus my money for claim were released on 1st Dec & would receive in 5/7 working days. However I was told this on 9th Nov also!!! I will send my details if not received by 12th Dec. Thank you. Lorraine.

Hello @AerLingus do you have a contact number so I can speak to someone ref my claim? After being told my claim had been approved & i would receive money within 10 working days. I seem to have hit a brick wall, no money, last two emails no response! 1/2
If you every fly @AerLingus & your luggage is lost just claim. Pointless wasting more money on telephone calls when they just feed you false information !!๐ก
Lost luggage since 15/8 I'm home. Case has been at Dublin Airport for a least 3 days! Despite numerous daily flights onto London & Birmingham ๐ก๐ก customer service in shocking!!! @AerLingus
@AerLingus No actually it doesn't help! What is the point of attaching a support form when your customer services team have no clue as to what is happening!
Sadly my BA flight was cxld so flew with @AerLingus luggage lost on day 1! 16 days later home & still no luggage. Customers services about as much use as a chocolate teapot ๐ก
