If the club decide that after the season we’ve just had, that they’re sticking with Lange and Vinai, then that is just utterly unacceptable. They completely lucked out with De Zerbi otherwise we would have been relegated weeks ago. Heed the warning signs. We need change, NOW.
Post offices closed, corner shops closed now pubs… the systematic destruction of local rural communities & the benifits this brings to local cohesion, resulting in an increase in isolation & loneliness. Big is not always better.
@rich_chandler@nick_davison10 Heard an arsenal fan today say they hope city lose Saturday night and then they can let West ham win on Sunday and try to send us down.
These two thought it would be ok to do nothing in Jan. We are now in the bottom 3 because of them and their bosses. I detest everything about them. The club I love has been destroyed.
The most damning thing is how much better those players defended on Wednesday night in a game that was pretty much a lost cause. Bodies on the line etc. Today… not so much. Some of them are just not motivated in the Premier League and haven’t been for over a year now. Criminal.
How do you go again after that? We needed to win that. Even drawing wasn’t acceptable. To lose it in the manner in which we did, after all the effort the fans put in to turn up hours early and give the team a welcome like never before… feel like I’ve been punched in the throat.
Bemused by the changes at HT, thought we looked like a team with real intent first half, and the changes killed us. Bergvall hasn’t played any football, it showed while Simon’s was MOM midweek. This one is on the manager, he panicked.
If you’re not going to win today, then when are you? Today and the Palace result will be the ones that send us down in the end. Fans didn’t deserve that at all. What an embarrassment to put in a performance like that after the outpouring of support. Shameful.
