@BarbaraOneillAU If you can find fresh turmeric at the grocery store go for that over the powder. There's beneficial oils in fresh turmeric root that dried version doesn't have. One thumb sized root is all you need for one coffee/tea mug. Dice it and put in simmering water for 20 mins. Enjoy.

@theholisticnick I have a hiatal hernia, so I have to take PPI's unfortunately. Surgery is not recommened because they can re-open easily. So for me its either esophageal issues or long term PPI issues. I can't win.

@foundmyfitness Buy fresh whole turmeric instead of powder/capsules. Most supermarkets carry it these days. I make tea and nibble on it, you get more benefits out of it and it's relatively cheap.

@JOKAQARMY1 When I had seen that old footage a few years ago I thought it looked like his first day out of the MK Ultra center. One thing that stands out is his shaved head. A lot of these celebrities "malfunction" and shave their head, Brittany Spears for example.
