Unfolding North Vancouver Police Incident.
You can hear someone screaming for the past hour. The noise appears to be coming from the forest on the south side of Westview, HWY 1 exit. Large number of armed police officers at the scene, with the highway closed both directions.

Update* both lanes on HWY 1 are now open and traffic has resumed.
