Next month is the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
But Basem Boshra is forcing all CBC staff to call them "hijackings that led to passenger jet crashes", not "terrorist attacks".
Boshra is the CBC's "Senior Director of Journalistic Standards and Public Trust".
You mean men, men who claim to be women. You are a national broadcaster that consistently obfuscates facts around sex because you’ve taken an ideological position the public overwhelmingly rejects. This isn’t news, it’s propaganda.
These two paragraphs of my verdict are crucial for everyone to read and understand.
"Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” 1⃣
"For Van Langenhove to have committed a crime, it is not necessary for him to have incited concrete acts of hate or violence. It suffices that others are incited to take on a general attitude of intolerance or disapproval regarding a group protected under the criteria of the Anti-Racism Law." 2⃣
This means you can go to jail for "inciting hatred" even if your statements were 100% factual (see 1⃣) and even if you did NOT incite concrete acts of hate (see 2⃣).
The benchmark of "inciting hatred" , a crime punishable by prison, is thus "saying something that has the potential of inciting someone to have a general attitude of disapproval regarding a protected group". This means literally any criticism of mass migration is now a punishable offence. If you cite a statistic, and someone could potentially think less of a protected group (like migrants) because of it, you can be jailed.
The craziest part is that there is no defence possible against this. I brought the scientific studies that I cited to court, but the judge didn't care 1⃣. I also proved that the hundreds of students present at the lecture included students of all different political affiliations, and everyone was able to voice their opinion or ask questions. The lecture went very calmly, so obviously nobody was incited to hatred. But this too did not matter 2⃣, because if the judge says he believes there is the possibility that someone COULD be incited to "a general attitude of disapproval", this is enough for the judge to send me to jail, even without any evidence.
I'm telling you this to warn you that by the time these hate speech laws have come into place, it's already too late. You will NEVER be able to beat these laws in court. You have to stop them before they are implemented. Let my fate be your warning.
Four judges have now confirmed that Justin Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act illegally.
The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed the government’s appeal of Justice Mosley’s decision, confirming once again that the use of these extraordinary powers was unconstitutional.
The Court was clear:
“Cabinet… did not have reasonable grounds to believe that a threat to national security existed.”
In other words, the legal threshold was never met.
Instead of taking responsibility, Trudeau and his government spent years appealing the decision, using public resources while hoping the issue would fade from public attention.
That behaviour runs directly against the principles of democracy and good governance. In a healthy democracy, leaders are accountable when they misuse extraordinary powers.
When a leader unlawfully invokes emergency powers against his own citizens and then refuses to take responsibility, that is not leadership. It is a failure of judgment and accountability.
And someone who failed so profoundly at home, and then ran from that failure, should not be elevated and invited to lecture the world about democracy on the global stage.

Meanwhile in Canada, four judges have found that PMJT and his government illegally invoked what amounted to martial law against their own citizens, yet they galavant around the world enjoying celebrity status, seemingly expecting accolades and praise, as as though the finding was not a serious breach of constitutional limits and abuse of power.
What an insult to democracy and public trust.
All Canadians should be disgusted by this hypocrisy, preaching about strong democracy and the rule of law on the international stage while undermining those very principles at home. It only adds insult to injury.
A near perfect example of "gaslighting"
This is how you start a new narrative. Everything she says makes sense, but it's also total bullshit.
Folks, take a look at this TikTok explainer on Mark Carney's Davos speech. She's framing Canada's sudden cozying up to China as a "necessary new world order " . Middle powers (a new term) like us ditching US alliances for "deep webs" of economic ties with Beijing.
This is a straight 180 from decades of policy where Canada followed Washington's lead and kept China at arm's length to avoid threats to our sovereignty and security.
Her sunny spin? It's all because of "US coercion" via tariffs (which mostly hit American consumers anyway, but that's beside the point). She's selling this shift as empowering, peaceful, and inevitable... appealing directly to folks who swallow the mainstream narrative without a second thought (i.e. low IQ Liberal voters)
No mention of WEF agendas, digital IDs, or how this "new order" aligns with globalist control systems that erode national independence.
What's this called? Gaslighting. Straight up rewriting reality to make a dangerous pivot sound like progress.
Wake up, Canada, what CArney is doing isn't liberation; it's subjugation under a different flag.
Watch for versions of this narrative to come out all over the Canadian MSM in the coming weeks.
A friendly reminder that Coastal First Nations is not an Indigenous band, they are a Vancouver based NGO set-up with money from anti-oil American foundations.
They do not hold rights or title. Most Canadian media will not tell you this as they quote them.

Don Lemon gets absolutely destroyed by two people on the street in Chicago when he attempts to tell them that crossing the border illegally isn’t a crime.
After getting utterly embarrassed, he declares: “You guys are getting things mixed up!"
Incredible.
If we want to stop political violence like what happened to Charlie Kirk, we have to be honest about the people who are celebrating it and the people who are financing it.
My closing remarks on today's episode of the Charlie Kirk Show:
The over the top, utterly unbalanced, celebration of Charlie Kirk's murder by assorted TRAs, tankies, pro-Hamas lunatics and brigades of the purple haired is so unhinged it makes you think. My pal @AlixG_2 is thinking. 1/ https://t.co/64Jcd1rt2H
Why did they call ivermectin “horse paste”?
Because they thought people wouldn’t know better.
Penicillin was once used in animals too, yet it saved hundreds of thousands of soldiers in WWII before randomized trials even existed.
With ivermectin, there were randomized trials, observational studies, and prevention data. Many showing clear benefit.
Most importantly - ivermectin is extremely safe. Its therapeutic range is wide and it’s safer than Tylenol.
So ask yourself: if a drug is safe, widely studied, and shows strong signals of benefit…
Why was it mocked instead of used?
This wasn’t science. This was narrative control.
If you had told me, pre-COVID, that important documents with profound legal consequence were being signed in the Oval office by autopen while the President was on vacation, I would not have believed you. 1/
⚠️ Why aren't the Liberals campaigning on their track record?
My timeline is polluted with garbage from Liberal influencers like @LauraBabcock .
It's annoying, but rather than fight it, I've decided to take advantage of it, and see if I can't reach more Liberals. Here's a little video message to Liberals.
Warning: I get a little agitated in this video when I start talking about all the failed Trudeau policies of the last decade.
P.S. I asked Laura to invite me on her show, but I still haven't heard from her.
As a young Liberal campus club president myself, this is shameful. 34.4% of Canadians voted Conservative in the last election, including 45% in UBC Okanagan's riding-- Conservative students should be allowed to organize on campuses, just the same as Liberal and NDP students.
The look on Ursula's face is priceless. Finally someone is wiping the floor with all these EU bureaucrats. J.D. Vance was a great choice for Vice President of the United States.
This is an outrage.
A foreign police officer issuing a public statement in a foreign language in pursuit of a foreign suspect, while @PeelPolice disable comments from the public taxpayers who pay their salary.
This is what Canada has become.
And if you dare criticize it, they’ll call you a racist.
Canada has been stolen.
One of the many fallouts from the Trump win is that "trans" has been knocked off its perch as the apex "progressive" issue. It was flailing before the win, now it's in free fall. 1/
