The Gauteng High Court has found Ngizwe Mchunu guilty of contempt of court for violating previous court orders relating to defamatory statements against EFF President and Commander-in-Chief Julius Malema.

The Court has issued a warrant for his arrest and detention for a period of 10 days.

The warrant of arrest is effective immediately.

So the Police lied about the murder of Nhlamulo Sambo and the claim that he was killed by the owner of the shack.

The suspect has now been released and says that Nhlamulo Sambo was attacked by a mob, Nhlamulo ran into the shack to seek shelter, and when the owner arrived, that is when he took his last breath. The owner then allegedly called an ambulance with other community members.

The Mother was was correct all this time, Nhlamulo Sambo was killed because he was Tsonga

Just recently Floyd Shivambu praised Ngizwe Mchunu and March and March movement.

Today, he is condemning the senseless killing of Nhlamulo, a 16 year old boy, whose only crime was being a Tsonga.

Leadership requires principle, consistency. You cannot applaud those who fuel hate and then express shock when that hatred results in tragedy.
