Parliament Hosts Migration and Social Cohesion Symposium

The Parliament of South Africa, through its Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation, in partnership with the Wits School of Governance and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), hosted a symposium on Migration and Social Cohesion in Johannesburg on Friday.

The gathering brought together policymakers, academics, migration experts and other stakeholders to discuss migration trends, governance challenges and strategies to strengthen social cohesion in South Africa and across the continent.
