Has the ANC not been here before where the ConCourt has found that parliament, (due to the ANC exercising its majority at the time) violated the constitution in protection of a sitting ANC president? Haven’t we seen this movie before?

Indeed the ConCourt passed no judgement on the President or the ANC. A very interesting but convenient distinction. Factually speaking, was it not the ANC, which drew on its majority in the 6th parliament, to protect the President Ramaphosa? A majority that now doesn’t exist?
