@CarolineDPham I'm hoping you get control over crypto! The SEC is making a mockery of itself in the Ripple/SEC trial. Kinda a bad look when the judge calls the agency out on its hypocrisy and bending the law to suit is own needs.
@chriswadey82@D44589165@FilanLaw I've thought this too. However, there are members on Ripples council who had access to those emails say the time. Therefore they know what's in them.
@GaryGensler@PCAOB_News Even the court system has called you out on your hypocrisy and bending the law to suit your needs. This agency is rife with corruption and is in desperate need for an overhaul. We actually need a system where the leader hasn't spent his career taking money from big banks.
@CarolineDPham@Wharton@FinanceHammer@pennlaw@CFTCpham First Wells Fargo and now Goldman Sachs classify XRP as currency, alongside UK, Australia, and Japan as well as others. When does the CFTC step in and do the same, taking XRP out of the hands of corrupt SEC?
@Donkidonkido@FilanLaw@darby5150ez I've thought the same thing. I do believe that they know what's in the emails though. However, if that happened, it would be a pretty boss move.
@thinkingcrypto Ask her why they're REALLY investigating Ripple? Why they're playing games in court? Playing with the law to suit themselves--that's according to the judge. As well as being hypocrites -again according to the judge. Hurting retail investors in the process. Killing innovation.

@QuantChild@RizXRP In 2018, when market cap of crypto was 850B, XRP - $3.37. Last year during Fall run, crypto cap was over 3 Trillion. XRP had lawsuit during this time. Had there been no lawsuit, XRP likely would have been over $10. My take: with the growth in use case, when clarity- $20 instant.
@CarolineDPham@miraeasset@CFTCpham Can't wait for CFTC to regulate crypto, and actually support American innovation rather than chase it away to foreign shores.
@freddyriz They must have a plan. This is too crazy not to have a plan. If us non -lawyers can follow the case and pick holes in the SEC fillings and clearly see how dumb they have become, they know it to. It's on purpose.
