My Body, His Choice:
I honestly believe, if you do not believe this.. You should not marry as a woman.
When you marry a man, you become his, his property, his to care and protect for.
You cannot expect a man to care and protect over you, if he has no authority over you.
We as women, were falsely sold that we can have everything..
Masculine men being powerful and protecting us.. but also them being super simps we dont respect?
It was and is a lie.
I’d rather be around 10 Christian “hypocrites” than 1 million unbelievers.
Those 10 “hypocrites” will draw me closer to God than 1 million willful sinners.
Knowing God’s word and sinning is not technically a “hypocrite”. Humans sin but “hypocrites” know, admit they sin, and typically try their best to change.
Others typically don’t.
This has so much depth.
There was a reason there were so many so close by. Sin and “toxicity” are magnets 🧲
ONE reason I had so many so close, because I was one of them.
I can’t blame them. I just chose to walk a different path.
And in walking in that path, I gained the strength.

DMSO-INFUSED BEEF TALLOW WITH ALOE VERA, VITAMIN C, COCONUT OIL (FRACTIONATED), & RAW HONEY
Below is a recipe for DMSO-Infused Beef Tallow with Aloe Vera and Vitamin C, where the viscosity of the beef tallow is lowered using fractionated coconut oil and honey is incorporated as a natural preservative. This recipe is crafted based on general knowledge of DIY skincare formulations. Please note that DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide) is a powerful solvent and should be handled with care, ideally under guidance from a professional, due to its ability to carry substances through the skin and into the bloodstream. Always perform a patch test before full application.
DMSO-Infused Beef Tallow Recipe with Aloe Vera, Vitamin C, Fractionated Coconut Oil, and Honey
Ingredients:
- Beef Tallow: 4 oz (approximately 113 grams) – Preferably grass-fed for higher nutrient content.
- Fractionated Coconut Oil: 2 oz (approximately 56 grams) – A liquid oil to reduce viscosity and improve spreadability.
- DMSO (99% purity): 1 tsp (approximately 5 mL) – Use pharmaceutical-grade DMSO; adjust quantity based on tolerance (start low due to its potency).
- Aloe Vera Gel: 1 oz (approximately 28 grams) – Freshly extracted from an aloe leaf or a high-quality, preservative-free store-bought gel.
- Vitamin C Powder (Ascorbic Acid): 1/4 tsp (approximately 1 gram) – Acts as an antioxidant; ensure it’s finely powdered for better dissolution.
- Raw Honey: 1 tbsp (approximately 21 grams) – Serves as a natural humectant and preservative due to its antimicrobial properties.
- Optional Essential Oils: 5-10 drops (e.g., lavender or frankincense) – To mask the beefy scent and add skin benefits.
Equipment:
- Double boiler or a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water
- Mixing bowl
- Hand mixer or whisk (for whipping, optional)
- Sterilized glass jar(s) for storage (e.g., 8 oz capacity)
- Measuring spoons and cups
Instructions:
1. Melt the Beef Tallow
- Place the beef tallow in a double boiler over low heat. Stir occasionally until fully melted (it should be a clear liquid). Avoid high heat to preserve nutrients.
2. Lower Viscosity with Fractionated Coconut Oil
- Once melted, remove the tallow from heat and stir in the fractionated coconut oil. This liquid oil will thin the tallow, making it less thick and easier to apply. Mix thoroughly until combined.
3. Incorporate DMSO
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly (to around 100°F/38°C, warm but not hot, to avoid degrading DMSO). Add 1 tsp of DMSO and stir well. DMSO dissolves easily but can be irritating in high concentrations—use sparingly and adjust as needed.
4. Add Vitamin C
- Dissolve the Vitamin C powder in a small amount (1-2 tsp) of warm distilled water or directly into the aloe vera gel to ensure it integrates smoothly. Stir this into the tallow mixture while it’s still warm but not hot (below 120°F/49°C to preserve Vitamin C’s potency).
5. Mix in Aloe Vera and Honey
- Add the aloe vera gel and raw honey to the mixture. Stir until fully incorporated. The honey will settle slightly but will blend better during cooling or whipping. Aloe adds soothing hydration, while honey boosts preservation and moisture retention.
6. Cool the Mixture
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature (around 70°F/21°C). It should begin to thicken but remain pliable. For a whipped texture, place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until it’s semi-solid but not fully hardened.
7. *Whip (Optional)
- Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture into a light, creamy consistency. This step enhances texture and makes application easier, though you can skip it for a balm-like finish.
8. Add Essential Oils (Optional)
- If using, stir in 5-10 drops of essential oils after whipping or just before pouring into jars. This helps mask any residual tallow scent and adds additional skin benefits.
You are never “in control”. There is a power greater than yourself (flesh), inside yourself (spirit), who orchestrates your reality.
The greatest tool you have closest to control is influence. We influence through our actions.
Self knowledge avails us nothing without action behind the knowledge.
Become what you want in others. Because you cannot expect from others what you are incapable of providing to others.
Definitely being good. Because if I’m not good to myself, I can’t be good to others.
Think mirror 🪞.
If my good deeds are in need of validation or recognition, I have an expectation tied to my good deeds and I can’t practice altruism.
Altruism is the foundation to my serenity through service to others. When I’m self serving, I tend to be more irritable and ungrateful. Nothing puts a smile on my face better than helping someone else. Their smile is just an extra but not a necessity.
Also, and most importantly, my faith is directly proportional to my good deeds. I show myself the strength of my faith through my good deeds.
People do not need to see my good deeds.
@KeruboSk I still drink remineralized RO water and plain coconut water, but for times that I’m jonezin’ for a cola, I reach for kombucha or sparkling coconut water.
These both scratch the throat like a soda pop.
