Last Sat., we joined @housingsanmateocounty and @juhsd1 to host a Community BBQ in support of the Redevelopment of Serramonte Del Rey in #DalyCity.
The project will create 152 affordable apartments, with 24 IDD units for people with on-site supportive services from us and GGRC.
This proposal is a promising opportunity for our local schools:

You can advocate for more IDD housing at the Salinas Community Open House. In partnership with @EdenHousing , Monterey County & Salinas are developing 132 apartments to be rented at affordable rates on a 5-acre space at 855 E. Laurel Drive. These units will be for #lowincome.
Everyone will be sharing their ideas so it’s your chance to advocate for reserving some of these units for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
