It makes no sense for the returning locations interiors to have just doubled in size or grow extra rooms. Lucella was never hinted at to be built in water and floating in piggy, but now suddenly it is in intercity

@kayninja3 @intercity_news Probably not, The Capitol appears to be based off of the Commonwealth from TWD, and the CW is sort of a US Government remnant. So its safe to assume that The Capitol is a pre infection government remnant as well. The Valkyrie dont like the pre infection government at all
