Throughout our work with #workingparents, we see first-hand the work, family and societal factors that influence pay inequity, including unpaid care work. The fall in the pay gap is great news, but there is still a long way to go in Australia.

Daily Telegraph has binned its (excellent) policy of giving six months paid parental leave to fathers. Telegraph had said the policy would help it close the gender pay gap. But staff now told it's being slashed due to "significant operational challenges" at the outlet.
