We returned a £350 dress to Debenhams 5 weeks ago and the money not refunded. No number to call and customer service does not reply. Seems widespread issue..action needs to be taken as people trust the brand name. Help!
Absolutely AWFUL experience @Debenhams . We returned a £350 dress 3 weeks ago via the post office. The post office shows the item was returned the next day however we have no refund, there is no online tracker, no phone number to call, a whatsapp bot that is useless.
@HPSupport@HPUK - well I haven't had any satisfactory support from Direct Message. They just say they will 'escalate' and NOTHING happens. This has been going on for 4 months. Pls just post here details about your formal complaints procedure. Surely that should be publicly available?
@HPSupport@HPUK a week later and still no response. please let me know how I can raise a formal complaint to HP UK over the appalling customer service in relation to my under warranty £1000 PC which has been with your repair centre for 4 months and you want to charge £400 to fix an internal port
@HPSupport@HPUK is this really how you treat customers?? As someone who works as in product and tech industry advising companies such as yourself - your customer service is awful.
@HPSupport@HPUK Isn't it against consumer regulations not to have a transparent consumer complaints process? Can't find it on your website either. Simple question again - how do I make a formal complaint to HP?
@HPSupport@HPUK .and reminder of the case. i've had a PC with your support team for 4 months. they are asking £390 to fix an internal power port. i object to this as item is under warranty and this is an issue with the product.
@HPSupport Hi Kiran. The power lead stopped fitting into the power port. This is obviously an issue with the under warranty product. I can't see how that is classed as damage. And £390??!? + your team has ignored multiple calls and kept pc for 3 months with no progress @hpuk@hpsupport
