@WallStreetApes This all started when companies were required to itemize everything. Before the requirement, charges were included. But companies (airlines, rental cars, hotels your cable bill )quickly realized that they were allowed to post the cost for the “item” to be compliant

@AngelMD1103 Many years ago the owner of my home told me he was selling. After the first year, I was month-to-month for 7 years. He gave me 30 days notice. The new owner was aware of the “sorta” short notice and gave me another 30 days. Which was plenty of time to find a new place to live.
