@AmazingPopPod There's one point in this when John Saxon says in all seriousness, "Let the savage speak!" Where he captured the overacting of William Shatner. Pretty funny.
@DrHelenFry During the victory parade in Boston on June 7, 1945, apparently my oldest brother, who was a baby at the time, threw a handful of confetti in General Patton's face. My mother said Patton didn't say anything, but glared at my mother as confetti settled on his uniform!
@BBGreatMoments Bill Lee was awesome. Once he found out you knew anything about the Red Sox and the teams in the 70's, he told you stuff like you were an old friend that I never heard. He'd do a clinic for kids that was excellent, great baseball knowledge and was like standup for the adults.
@bostonradio Calling the White House to see if the Grand Wizard of Wrestling had concluded his meeting with the President and was available to talk on the radio was a real thing. He'd probably get a visit from the Secret Service now!
