I received in the mail a promotional postcard.
The last line, in fine print read:
Offer valid through 04/31/2026...
Yes, you read correctly.
Obviously, this was not proofread or someone out there doesn't know September, April, June, and November have 30 days. All the rest have 31 except February. Grade school stuff!
Small typos like this can affect your business.
Pay attention to the small stuff as well as the big stuff!
Otherwise, it may cost you - and not necessarily just in dollars.
