Let me understand this. I live on UES and my district is open to everyone in all boroughs for high school but if I get a bad lottery number for my son (which he did) I can not apply to good schools in other districts? All can get into are failing schools. Wow !

Finally I was transfered to a small buss manager Ally, and she said the intermediate bank HSBC didn't provide fx details! Ha why would they. I feel totally ripped off. Help
