- 1BR: 410-685 SF
- 2BR: 625-850 SF
- 3BR: 1,265-1,290 SF
- 4BR: 1,570 SF (There is just one unit.)

@SimShady99 Yes, there are 3BRs and 4BRs, but I did not get the market rents for those.

I wasn't given average sizes for each unit type, but was told the range is 310 sf (studios) to 1,052 sf (4-bedrooms).

Of note is that the Sen̓áḵw towers are not straight vertically, so the floor plates vary from floor to floor. #vanRE

@Howard__24 Pretty reasonable for brand new high rise condo product in heart of kits. There’s 3 story 1960s walk up apartments going for similar rents. Can you also share the sq ft of each unit style?

I am not trying to pour salt in the wound, but the Kings provided the Knicks with their Finals coach, the Spurs with their second star, after providing the Pacers with their Finals star last year after providing the Nuggets with their Finals coach in 23.
