It is with regret we inform you that, as per our previous messaging, we have taken the decision to cancel this year’s show given that ALL restrictions will not have been lifted by Show day. We’d like to thank all of our volunteers.

It is with regret we inform you that we have come to the decision to cancel this year’s show. It has of course not been a decision made lightly but the odds seem to be stacked against us in light of the current COVID-19 outbreak.

Although as you all know the situation we are in changes day by day and so it is impossible to know just now if this is going to be an option or not.
We will of course keep you posted on this.

Our fabulous community tent is also looking for local bands/ acts/talent so if you’d like to perform to our lovely community please let us know! #community #lovehowden

So the end of January is nigh (finally! Longest month EVER!)
Our next committee meeting will be Monday 3rd February so just a week tomorrow. If you’d like to get involved with the organisation of the show just drop us a message.

Likewise if you’d like a trade stand, pitch in the fabulous Food Festival, Catering Stand or would like to tender for our various needs- marquees, fencing, security, tables and chairs, do get in touch.

Our first committee meeting to begin planning next year’s show will take place this Monday 4th November 7.30pm at Anna’s Happy Kitchen in Howden (opposite Howden’s Joinery).
We look forward to welcoming volunteers old and new to help put on what is a wonderful community event.
