🚨‼️The world does not mind talking about Jesus as long as it is allowed to rename Him. Call Him a teacher, reformer, social revolutionary, moral example, or inspirational figure, and the crowd will nod politely because none of those titles threatens the throne of self. But open the King James Bible and God ruins the arrangement. Scripture calls Him the Word, the Lamb of God, the Son of God, the Chief Corner Stone, the great High Priest, and the King of kings. A Christ whom the sinner is permitted to define is only an idol wearing a Bible name.

When the Bible calls Him “the Word,” it does not introduce Him as Heaven’s assistant editor. John 1:1 says, “the Word was God.” Before the first star burned, before Adam breathed, and before the devil told his first lie, Jesus Christ was already there. When Scripture calls Him “the Lamb of God,” it does not present a helpless religious victim caught between Rome and Jerusalem. He came to lay down His life, shed sinless blood, and take away sin. Bethlehem was not the beginning of His existence, and Calvary was not the end of His power.

He is the Shepherd who entered the wolves’ country, the Bread that feeds the starving soul, the Light that exposes what darkness hoped to hide, and the High Priest who needs no successor because the grave could not retire Him. Religion keeps building booths, altars, hierarchies, and tollgates between the sinner and God, but the veil was torn from top to bottom. The sacrifice is finished, the Priest is alive, and the blood-bought believer has direct access to the throne of grace. Man’s religion sells ladders; Jesus Christ opened the door.

And do not mistake the Lamb’s patience for weakness. The same Christ who stood silent before His accusers will return with a sharp sword proceeding from His mouth. The world crowned Him with thorns at His first coming, but Revelation 19:16 says He bears the title, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.” Every earthly sceptre is borrowed, every political throne is temporary, and every ruler is merely keeping the seat warm. Men may debate His names today, but one day every knee will bow to the Name above every name.

Perhaps we can make this photo go viral again. This is Officer Chris Amoroso of the NYNJ Port Authority Police. This photo is from September 11, 2001, with the towers behind him. After saving this pregnant woman Chris decided to go back in for his 5th time. Despite having a wife and baby at home, despite being only 29 years old, Chris and 59 other Police Officers and 343 Firefighters never made it back out. You can curse us out, spit, defund and disrespect us, but when you call we will be there. Thats what makes us different. Im not looking for responses especially political ones. Just remember Chris and share his story. No sports number on his chest, no large contract no anthem to kneel to, just a real hero. #NeverForget
