A substantial libel settlement from TalkRADIO & Jeremy Kyle, who falsely accused me of employing a Chinese spy in my office, means a welcome donation to London Community Kitchen who do such amazing work in Brent & Harrow with their foodbank.
Barry Gardiner MP has received a substantial settlement of his libel claim against News UK and Jeremy Kyle for false Chinese spy claim. Mr Gardiner was represented by Martin Howe of @HoweAndCo and @MHendersonDSC of @DoughtyStPublic.
Jeremy Kyle said on his TalkRADIO show that Mr Gardiner had employed a Chinese spy in his office. TalkRADIO broadcasted an on-air retraction and apology by Jeremy Kyle, and the claim has now been resolved with a substantial settlement & payment towards Mr Gardiner’s legal costs

Greene King is the leading pub retailer and brewer in Britain. It agreed to pay substantial damages, legal costs, a donation to charity and to make a public unreserved apology following its refusal of service to 12 individuals in its Rose and Crown pub in Essex.
