Day 2 at States Howell shot 312. Two day total of 632 good for 11th place out of 18. Derek K 82-73 Gavin H 75-83 Zach S 81-79 Rory S 82-79 Luke D 82-81. Shot of the tournament was Derek making an Eagle on 18 holing out from 100 yards. Great season guys.

After Round 1 at States Howell sits in 8th place out of 18 teams. Windy conditions today made it a tough day. Gavin Hill fired a 75 to led the Highlanders today. Round 2 tomorrow tee off at 9 am.

Howell wrapped up league play today finishing 2nd in the KLAA with two day total of 597 (304/293) Led by Rory Sturos 144 (72/72) Rory placed 2nd overall earning All Conference Honors. Joining him were Derek Kantola 10th Place 150 (79/71) Zach Spencer 11th Place 153 (75/78)

Howell took 1st place today at Edgewood CC. The team shot a 310 and was led by Gavin Hill 70 and Derek Kantola 77. Great job Highlanders.

Great event today at Oakland Hills North Course. What a tough field today with some of the top schools from all divisions. Team total 312 good for tied for 13th place out of 27 teams. Zach Spencer shot 71 and Derek Kantola shot 76.

Howell kicked off the 2024 season today at Katke-Cousins. Shooting a 295 good for 2nd place. Zach Spencer was medalist with a 3 under 69. Gavin Hill with a personal best 74. Derek Kantola in his first event fired a 76 and Lucas Downing picked right back up from lastyearwith a 76

Another tournament today this time at Washtenaw GC and another 1st and 2nd place finish. This time Luke Downing shot a 4 over 76 for 1st place and Zach Spencer tied for 2nd place with an 80. Great job guys.

Congratulations to Zach Spencer on making the 2023 Division I All State Team. Zach had a 9 hole average of 37.7 for the year. Zach was only one of two 10th graders to make the Division I All State team.
