Agents then speed off in unmaked car—refusing to tell his family where they are taking him

Earlier an agent claimed the man was detained because "he ran."

The incident appears to have occurred in the Chicago metropolitan area of Illinois.

Police bring out dog to repeatedly bite Black man—already face down on pavement.

Officers shoot him with taser 3 times—then pull him to the ground by his hair.

After all that—officer opens car door to have K9 attack.

"Get the dog off him!" witness yells.

A full minute goes by before the dog is taken off the man and put back in the car.

The K9 is so aggressive—it even bites its police officer handler.

Clarksville Police Department has not identified the suspect—or even said why the man was being pursued in the first place.

One officer involved was placed on administrative leave—and also not named.

Incident occurred in front of the Dutch Bros. coffee shop on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville, Tennessee.
