Apple cider vinegar helps nutrient absorb faster so you don't get brain fog. But using it wrong will damage your health. Avoid these mistakes:
1. Don’t use it more than once per day
2. Don’t brush your teeth for 30 minutes after
3. Always dilute it with water.
4. Don’t take it right before bed. Drink it before a heavy meal.
5. Don’t take it immediately after meals

1. Sleep 7–8h. Same bedtime. Dark, cool room.
2. Lift 2–3×/week. Cardio 2-3x/week. Stretch everyday.

Most people hit a plateau in health for one simple reason:

So here’s the health strategy that I applied to get my pace of aging to be 0.62
Seasonal programming solves this. When weather is extreme, like hot summers or cold winters, prioritize strength. While in spring and fall, do more cardio.
