It’s barely been two weeks, but I told everyone who was crying and screaming that Trump betrayed the farmers… they would owe him an Apology

And here we are today, President Trump just dealt a major blow to the meat packing cartel’s and delivered BIGLY for our farmers and ranchers.

But the key is, and I keep stressing it, REGULATIONS—
and guess what? President Trump’s SCOTUS overturned the number one killer of American innovation and industry that drove it all overseas — The Chevron Deference.

Overturning the Chevron deference was the KEY legal change that makes it easier to strip back meat-packing rules.

For forty years courts deferred to USDA’s “reasonable” readings of vague statutes like the Meat Inspection Act and Packers and Stockyards Act, which is how agencies locked in extra inspection, pathogen, labeling, and contracting requirements.

Now, those add-on rules can be challenged and immediately repealed instead of rubber-stamped—without Congress having to rewrite the underlying laws.

The Chevron Deference basically dismantled the 4th branch of government.

I keep saying it over and over again… because President Trump is a fucking genius!
