The Norwegian American Hospital, now #HumboldtParkHealth, should not be paying the CEO Millions.
No wonder so many people have quit. Leaders hate him. They don't get raises either. Thats why there have been 3 or 4 CFO'S & CNO's in the last couple of years.

We needa new CEO and CMO. Theyre both terrible overpaid leaders. I heard someone say the 2 of them create a toxic work environment and I think it's true. I dont no how our other leaders can even work with them.
