Excited to share our new paper in @JCM_MDPI on measuring spleen volume in #myelofibrosis! Our study highlights the power of model-assisted contouring for accurate, reproducible, and efficient spleen volume measurements using MRI.

Our study shows that model-assisted contouring (3D nnU-Net) delivers highly reproducible spleen volume measurements (CV: 1.6%), outperforming manual and ellipsoidal methods. It’s an efficient tool for tracking treatment response and clinical trial eligibility.
