@JioMart_Support I didn’t ask for refund or return. I ‘m following up for maintenance of my split AC purchased in 2024. I think you people don’t take the matter of a customer seriously. Please go through the complaint and resolve it.
@RelianceDigital It’s related to the after sales support to be provided by Reliance ResQ. They are asking for payment for the parts which is under warranty for five years & I have purchased the AC in 2024. Both the complaint IDs are shared in the below image and status for your reference pls.
@JioMart_Support More over I’ll think twice before buying any product from Reliance group of companies in future and share my experience with others. It’s horrible. First complaint lodged on 20.2.26 and second on 12.04.26 and still struggling to get it resolved.
