I have a loan from @CASHeApp .
Repaid 85% of the loan amount as I don't have any bad intention. Now in the current pandemic situation, I don't have any income. I am struggling to survive.

Even in mail, @CASHeApp informed that they will provide the insurance details to close this and for that they need time.But after few days, the collection team is continuously harassing, blackmailing & threatening by slang language. This is intolerable.

I am a victim of the circumstances. @CASHeApp deducted the insurance premium at the time of disbursement to secure the total loan. Now when I'm asking for support continuously by voice and mail, they're not supporting as they want to add daily penalty.

Has @RBI given license to @CASHeApp to use slang words with customers? Are they civilized?
When I have repaid 85% of the loan amount already & everyone is in most tough situation to survive, this time misbehaving with slang is not expected.

No response of mail from @CASHeApp. I have paid the amount already that was credited to my account.Only processing fees and other charges are pending. They are sending mail, sms till midnight.Still continues overdue penalty during the pandemic.(1/2)
