I ordered sweets from a well known store to offer to someone from @zomato . And this is what I got.
Used food. How can someone offer this. And I got the apologies from @zomatocare ,nothing else. This is unacceptable and wrong.

After waiting for 45 minutes for a 29 minutes promised order. It was cancelled after I beg them to cancel because it was not even picked up. Worst service by Swiggy, highly recommend not to use it.

Think twice and don't order from Amazon. I ordered a Google play gift card which is advertised to be provided instantly. But instead my order goes in pending state so now I am not able to cancel the order and I just have to wait. Customer service is even worst.

Ordered Pizza from Swiggy and got this, and on raising issue didn't get any agent and I was given 32 rs refund without my approval. 31 for a 282. Highly recommend not to use Swiggy as their customer care is worst. It's not the first time.

Worst or ek number ki ghtiya app Zepto. I highly recommend not to use this app. Their customer care service is worst I have seen so far. I ordered some groceries, It shown that rider has arrived. I was standing 20 minutes outside no rider, and he was not picking up call either.

On reaching customer care they have left and chu#iya bot to help. Which only has one sentence to say. And not let me connect with real agent. Worst app and wrote service. This is just and harassment, neither my order is getting cancelled not I received it just waiting from 1 hr.

Worst customer care experience with @SwiggyCares
First of all never delivered on time and their clock is so special it stuck on 15 mins and after 30 mins still showing 15 mins.
And they left a nonsense chat bot for customer care.

I would highly recmnd not to order from swiggy.
